⭐️zero Star I honestly don’t understand how the owner runs this business.there is absolutely no respect for customers and no understanding of basic business or customer service. I have been a paying customer, spending $75 every month, and after my membership was canceled, the owner didn’t even have the courtesy to call me, apologize, or even explain what happened. I even sent an email and couldn’t get a response.that tells me everything I need to know about how customers are valued here, I’m not asking for special treatment. I’m asking for basic respect and professionalism. If you take $75 from a customer every month, the least you can do is communicate with them when you cancel their membership.Very poor management, very poor customer service, and absolutely no appreciation for loyal customers…..

I got the Diamond package for the interior and the exterior. This is supposed to be the best, most thorough option. They did such a poor job cleaning the inside that I had to get the wipes in the back of my car and clean it myself for 10 minutes. What a waste of money.

Not going back. I paid for the $35 option and the service was horrible. The interior dust that I arrived with was still there when I left. The trash was left in the cup holder. All of the mats were put back in backwards. The line was long and they were rushing to get the cars through. No excuse. I called to complain and was told to come back tomorrow. I refuse to waste gas going back. I did receive a free air freshener, but would have preferred the service I paid for.

Subpar expensive service. When brought to their attention how dirty the back of the van was I was told to run it again will cost additional pay as the front crew can wipe the soiled back with rags. The inside accusing is terrible as they did not vacuum the seats well leaving visible sesame seeds and the carpet remained full if dog hair. For the amount they charge with subpar outcome, I will not be using their services again especially after bringing to their attention subpar cleaning and asking for more money to do what I paid for supposedly Platinum service.

SCAM ALERT: Avoid this car wash at all costs! They prioritized profits over quality, rushing my $30 wash in less than 10 minutes and ignoring the interior despite my explicit request. They made $30 out of me. The outside may look shiny, but the inside was not worth the service i received. To the owner, consider morning huddles with your team to emphasize customer satisfaction. The sole purpose of a car wash is to leave the vehicle clean, inside and out. Unacceptable service! I always have yo clean my car after visiting this place but I'm never coming back. It also looks like they were so focused on the Ford F-150s, there were three of them when I went today. My car was rushed yet I paid same price. Unethical! You deserve zero stars
